Steps for Success
Initial Consultation

We meet with you to assess needs, dimensions, budget, etc.
Coordination with Team (if applicable)

We work closely with the client’s architect, interior designer, and/or contractors

Digital drawings can be produced at a rate of $125.00/hour, with both 2D and 3D drawings provided for visualization

Space planning services are billed separately, though fees will be waived with purchase of furniture
Layout/Space Planning (if applicable)

We work closely with the you to specify furniture manufacturers, style, fabrics, and finishes

Then we identify the best furniture for the project with regard to time frame, durability, aesthetics, and budget
Product Specification Process

Details are finalized, and you sign the proposal

All orders require a 50% deposit before orders are placed with manufacturers, per AWE’s terms and conditions (unless otherwise stipulated)
Proposal Signature and Deposit

Product is ordered

Manufacturer sends acknowledgment of order

You will be contacted with estimated ship dates

Weekly job tracking reports are sent for large projects
Placing and Tracking Orders

All product is received at AWE’s warehouse
-
Delivery and installation will be scheduled

We will remove all packing and waste from client’s premises

A punch list will be created (if applicable)
