Andrea Moseley
The Big Wig!
(a.k.a. President/CEO)
Andrea is the President/CEO of AWE Corporate Interiors, a Phoenix-based commercial office furniture dealership. Having been in the corporate design and office furniture business for over 34 years, in 2004, Andrea felt the time was right for her to found her own firm and have greater control over the culture and values she aspired to have in an active workplace. Andrea’s values include delivering distinctive service to her clients, providing consistently fair dealings with all her associates, and that being a good corporate citizen to the community. Her goals have always included bringing all of her associates and clients to success, and her understanding of the challenges of working parenthood made flexibility for employees a cornerstone to her culture building. The mix seems to be working, as AWE was a winner of Trendway’s (a furniture manufacturer) President’s Club award for sales volume in 2008, and in 2009, AWE was named one of Coamerica Bank’s “Companies to Watch”. AWE has been ranked the #1 in Ranking Arizona 5 years in a row as the best Office furniture small business in Arizona. The progress has been outstanding, and Andrea and AWE are a formidable presence in the Phoenix furniture market. Andrea has always taken her “corporate citizenship” in the community to heart, and this has continued since founding AWE Corporate Interiors. She has been a member of the Board of Visitors for twenty-one years. This organization has been a part of the Valley for many years, focusing on grants and donations for the health-related needs of children, women, and the elderly. She has held positions on the Grants Committee, Flower Girl Selection, Charity Ball Committee, Ball Presentation, Fashion Show Co-Chair, Flower Girl Activities, By-Laws Committee, and the Executive Board. Andrea has also been active at The Cancer Support Community of Arizona, which funds and delivers free cancer support programs for cancer sufferers, caregivers, and families. This cause is near and dear to her, having lost a brother to the disease. In 2009, Andrea co-chaired the “Porch Party” fundraiser, bringing in over $140,000 to further fund the outstanding services of The Wellness Community. Andrea also serves in ARCS – Achievement Rewards for College Scientists – Arizona Chapter, helping Arizona graduate students with scholarship awards to further their studies and goals in the STEM sciences. This has been a long-supported group by both sides of her family and continues to be near her heart going forward. Andrea is active in (and former President of) Phoenix Rotary 100. Rotarians are leaders in their vocation, profession, and community. We meet bi-weekly to discuss improving the lives of people, both locally and globally. The Rotary motto is “Service Above Self” and Rotary is an organization of over 33,000 local clubs serving their communities around the world. Phoenix Rotary 100 was founded in 1914 as the 100th club to join Rotary. Through the years, Phoenix Rotary 100 has been at the forefront of community service in Phoenix and beyond, with a past and present membership list reading like Who’s Who in the State’s history. Mayors, governors, U.S. senators and one Supreme Court Justice have all been a part of Phoenix Rotary 100. Other famous Rotarians include Neil Armstrong, Walt Disney, Thomas Edison, Dianne Feinstein, Gerald Ford, John F. Kennedy, Charles Mayo, J.C. Penney, Manny Pacquaio, Franklin D. Roosevelt, Charles Walgreen, Sam Walton, Woodrow Wilson and Orville Wright, to name just a few. As Rotarian Winston Churchill once said, “We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give.”
Maura Millette
The Controller of Chaos
(a.k.a. Account Manager)
My name is Maura Millette and adventure is in my soul. I graduated from Southern Illinois University of Carbondale in 2012. From there, I began my journey in education. I moved to Naples, FL to continue teaching without the freezing temperatures. I taught 4th and 5th-grade here for 2 years. Before I knew it, my cross-country journey continued and on to Phoenix, AZ I went. Upon my arrival in Arizona, I continued teaching and found my love for special education for the next 4 years. I completed my sixth year of teaching in May 2019 and prepared for another summer vacation of nothing exciting to look forward to. After careful consideration, I made the hardest decision of my career and decided to resign from my teaching position. In June 2019, I joined the AWE team, and it has been an AWEsome experience thus far! I have found my rhythm in the world of office furniture and really enjoy helping clients find solutions for a better work environment. As the controller of chaos, these past few years have taught me; there is always something new to learn.
Cindy Ferro
Whether counting our beans or keeping our financial records in shape, Cindy is a lean, mean, counting machine! Cindy earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas A&M University. She spent time with KPMG Peat Marwick in Houston, TX before moving to Phoenix. She has been a Chief Financial Officer/Controller in the furniture industry for more than 15 years. Cindy has been around here the longest of anyone (besides The Big Wig) as she was the first person to join Andrea when AWE Corporate Interiors was started in 2004. When not counting AWE’s beans, Cindy is counting on her fingers and toes the numbers of events, rides, and games she needs to attend for her darling daughters.

Jordan McClellan
The Pitcher
(a.k.a. Client Services)
Jordan is an Arizona native who was born and raised in Phoenix. She attended Mesa Community College and played college softball there for two years. After transferring to Grand Canyon University, she pursued her passion, studying sports business while working for a variety of professional sports teams in Arizona, including the Coyotes and Suns. After graduating with her bachelor’s degree in the middle of 2020 shortly after the pandemic began, off she went down a different career path and on to work for Grand Canyon as a Finance and Academic Advisor. We are thrilled to bring this diverse background to AWE with the goal of providing the best service and experience possible for AWEsome clients! "The Pitcher" is a nod to her control, focus, and the understanding of "team" and "goals" to make AWE just that much better! Bring the heat!!!
Amanda del Pozo
Amanda has graced us in Arizona for just over three years! Possessing many passions, a short list includes Crafting, RZR Riding, and Camping with friends and family.
Her love for the furniture world began back in 2015 while she was managing over 150K SF of high-end office space in Pasadena, California. Amanda is IFMA accredited and has been supporting clients, employees, and vendors for over 20 years, and she loves every minute of it! Around here, she’s a crafty accomplisher of all thing’s customer service; she’s the Camp Counselor!!

Harry Siebrandt
The Furniture Ninja!
(a.k.a. Installation Manager)
Harry makes the on-site “world” go ’round with his merry band of installation crews! Large job or small, Harry takes care of business, to the satisfaction of AWE and clients alike. Harry takes receipt of product at the warehouse, confirms order quantities, stages the product, and delivers and installs with little fanfare and AWE-some results. Harry and his crews take our work from orders to physical installation, and their attention to detail and work is invaluable. The highest compliment an installer can receive is “I hardly noticed they were there” – that is why Harry is our Furniture Ninja! When he’s not setting up panels, Harry is looking for any excuse to talk University of Nebraska sports, and yes, he does own an ear-of-corn hat!
Jennifer Butler
The Kingman Creator
I have had my own design business for the past 4 years. I am incredibly inspired by travel and nature; which I love to enjoy with my husband and 3 children.
Prior to emerging into the design world, I attended college at St. Bonaventure University in Olean, NY and then worked in early education for over a decade. This experience has lead me to having an eye for detail as well as compassion for my clients at whatever stage of design they may be in.
In a small city such as Kingman, I love having the opportunity to be invested in my community. I serve as the treasurer on the Kingman Youth Soccer League, was a Cubmaster for the Boy Scouts of America, and have even been known to be both on stage and behind the scenes with the Beale Street Theater.
I am grateful for the opportunity to work with the AWEsome women at AWE corporate interiors. I can't wait to see what we can create together in the future.
